James,

the Christian woman should not follow her husband into sin. If a husband is seeking to perform adultery, and asks the woman to join in, this is unacceptable before the Lord. The woman should make an appeal, respectfully, and preferably with scritpure (if her husband is a believer). If an appeal is not heard, the woman (as I assume she would already be doing) should cry out to the Lord. The Lord hates sin, and loves obedience, He will provide a way out, just as He did for Sarah, whose husband (Abraham) said they were only brother and sister, and she was to be prepared as a wife to the Pharaoh. The Lord protected her, by sending a plague on Pharaoh's house. And what is recorded that Sarah did? She obeyed her husband (though, I should point out, it is no where recorded that she actually lied as he asked...which would have been a sin.)

In each case the woman must rely upon the Holy Spirit to give her wisdom and direction on how she should proceed.

James, are you a christian?

Sincerely,
Mrs.MegLogan

So do you just follow whatever your husband says? What if he tells you he thinks that polygamy is acceptable?

After all, Abraham, Moses, King David, Solomon and just about every Old Testament figure engaged in it, right? So, let's bring another woman into the mix?

Would you "meekly accept"?

Quiet training is *very* productive. You think J(3) is getting shorted? How so? (every mother has a blind spot somewhere!) let me know how you think I can improve.

Hello everybody,
here I am again. My little girl is 2 next week already! We finally cracked the potty about 2 months ago. She says if she wants to go, even though she calls "it" all wee wee regardless what is to come out. She is very excited when it is a poo. It's like a mini surprise to her when it is a poo. Bless...
We have now eliminated the nappy during her afternoon nap as well. She does have the occasional accident during the day about twice a week. The other day we went for a short walk around the village, we did a wee before going out to make sure we had at least half an hour of no worries BUT, on our walk about 20 minutes down the road she spotted a little fountain in someones garden and as she watched the water she weeed herself. I guess there will be these occasional accidents for a little longer, when she is excited or tired or (this is from an experience also) when she is having a tantrum and just forgets. I am so proud of her. All my friends have managed to potty train around 2.5 - 3.5 years so I am the winner!!!! Yeeehaaaa.
Good luck ladies - and remember - it will happen one day. DOn't be crossed with them if they don't make it to the potty or are still learning. There is so much the little people have to learn...
