		<description>Hello everybody,
here I am again. My little girl is 2 next week already! We finally cracked the potty about 2 months ago. She says if she wants to go, even though she calls &quot;it&quot; all wee wee regardless what is to come out. She is very excited when it is a poo. It&#039;s like a mini surprise to her when it is a poo. Bless...
We have now eliminated the nappy during her afternoon nap as well. She does have the occasional accident during the day about twice a week. The other day we went for a short walk around the village, we did a wee before going out to make sure we had at least half an hour of no worries BUT, on our walk about 20 minutes down the road she spotted a little fountain in someones garden and as she watched the water she weeed herself. I guess there will be these occasional accidents for a little longer, when she is excited or tired or (this is from an experience also) when she is having a tantrum and just forgets. I am so proud of her. All my friends have managed to potty train around 2.5 - 3.5 years so I am the winner!!!! Yeeehaaaa.
Good luck ladies - and remember - it will happen one day. DOn&#039;t be crossed with them if they don&#039;t make it to the potty or are still learning. There is so much the little people have to learn...</description>

<description>She is definitely READY, even though I don&#039;t typically wait till they are &quot;Ready&quot;, I just teach them to progress to this without waiting for signs of readiness.

Your daughter should be a breeze; unless she has a real stubborn streak with that intelligence! Just catch her when she is running to squat, and get a small potty seat for the floor. (Baby Bjorn makes a great one) The small floor model will be very helpful for your daughter because she can squat to use it.

		<description>Olga,

Baby four is now 6 months old. Baby 3 is totally day time potty trained, she finished at 18 or 19 months. She is almost night trained, but we shall see....

I do hope to write a book, I hope that I can get more time soon to work on more pages for it... I do hope you will come back and record your stories here so I can use them!!

<description>Grace, Sorry it has taken me so long to reply.

If you are still working on this, and if you get this note... here&#039;s my answer:

A child should not be made to sit on the potty for long periods of time, five minutes tops. It sounds like in your case you have trained him to use the diaper, so my best advice is to take them away for a while. SO he can relearn those sensations without being covered. This will also enable YOU to learn his rhythms, so that you can start catching his pee again...
