<description>Thank you. And I must update this, prayers have been answered. Our God is faithful, and merciful unto me! My friend has reconciled with me. I welcomed her back with open arms and a cheery grateful spirit. It was all God&#039;s doing to keep me in a place where I would welcome her without issuing punishment. He kept me joyful and at peace. Praise the Lord!

Thanks for your prayers, I am sure they were fruitful, as she and I talked today.

<description>I was very touched by your entry, and your honesty. I too am often reminded, by myself, and others how only the Lord is perfect. Although we are Christians, we so often fall short in the area of bridling our tongues, but can be a witness in showing others how we humble ourselves in front of the Lord and those we have offended. I will pray that your friend forgives you and your friendship will grow stronger as a result of this situation. What a blessing to be able to show our children that we do have weaknesses, and that we must get all of our strength from the Lord!
